For our location in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, we are looking for the following enthusiastic team member to start as soon as possible:

Business Development Manager - focus on Digitalization (d/f/m)

In this versatile and challenging position, you will be responsible in a central role for the management and implementation of important strategic and operational projects in a cross-functional environment with a focus on digitalization, within HOLY FASHION GROUP. In particular, in the further development of our business areas, processes and systems in collaboration with the operational teams. Responsibilities include conducting independent and complex analysis and research as well as communicating and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders. The identification and analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation into concrete measures for the further development of our company complete your exciting task.

Required experience and skills:
  • a successfully completed degree in economics
  • at least 2 years of working experience in strategy and business development in consulting/financial services/technology companies/industry, optionally in a start-up environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
  • Strong personality to work in an international fashion company
  • Intrinsic motivation to actively make a difference in our business operations
  • Quick perception and structured way of working
  • Mastery of MS Office (especially Excel)
