You will be responsible for the following:
Description du poste
DEVELOPS ONLINE STRATEGY
- Defines the brand.com go-to-market strategy for the brand, in close relationship with the brand manager and the regional and affiliate leadership teams,
- Conceptualizes and builds strategies with on/off-line promotion/activities to drive online traffic, in coordination with the brands
- Defines Advertising & Promotion needs and activations (including always on) to drive brand.com sales
- In strong relation with the brand and media team, collaborates on media agency briefing for holistic view, and lead online always on strategy
- Defines and executes virtual selling activities on brand.com, manages live chatters in partnership with customer service regional teams
- Is responsible for CRM campaign execution in collaboration with brands and CRM
- Stays ahead of Market and Regional competitive activity and trends investigating new e-commerce opportunities
- Plans, coordinates, and ensures the update and refresh of brand sites
- Owns the quality assurance (QA) of the brand.com sites, in particular purchase experience
- Plans and coordinates all brand.com consumer marketing activities, in partnership and alignment with the brand
- Tracks Online campaigns performance, including CRM & paid digital media programs, to maximize site traffic / sales and ROI
- In collaboration with the supply chain team and the brand product manager, leads the forecasting, demand planning, online customer service aspects of the Affiliate's brand site and e-commerce site. Proactively reports strategic and tactical changes to the DP team, and is responsible to quantify demand for the high traffic shopping moments
- Monitors and analyzes brand site activities, reports feedback and highlight opportunities for optimization
- Follows up on performances and adjusts online strategy accordingly based on local objectives (traffic/reach, conversion, business, consumer journeys, engagement per brand)
- Based on insights, highlights opportunities for optimization and improvement in terms of efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience in E-commerce and online marketing field (beauty industry and / or in retailer desired)
- Highly experienced in ecommerce sales planning and execution
- Solid knowledge of online and digital marketing tactics including email, PPC, SEO, display, affiliates, paid social, site optimization and merchandising
- Excellent commercial acumen and proven experience in P&L and budget management
- Strong understanding of the consumer and the retail landscape
- Understanding of the interplay between online/social and ecommerce channels
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics and reporting and a data driven approach to managing campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
- Strong relationship management/interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Versatile and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple projects to a high quality
- Pro-active problem-solving skills and high attention to data
- It is a plus if you are also technical/platform savvy
