For our location in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, we are looking for the following enthusiastic team member to start as soon as possible:

B2B E-Commerce Manager (JOOP!, Strellson, windsor.) (d/f/m)

In this versatile and challenging position you will be responsible in a central role for the management and further development of our B2B e-commerce sales channel of our brands JOOP!, Strellson, windsor.

Your tasks:

  • Operational monitoring and quality assurance of our brand B2B wholesale online stores (JOOP!, Strellson, windsor.)
  • Evaluation of the KPIs of our Brand B2B Wholesale Online Shops (JOOP!, Strellson, windsor.)
  • Performing a variety of analyses on different markets
  • Accelerating growth in all dimensions: E.g. usage levels, automation, assortment, pricing or cross-device user experience
  • Strong collaboration with various teams such as logistics, customer service, sales, photo studio
  • Expansion and optimization of photo processes, timelines, online marketing and store development
  • Preparation, implementation and monitoring of new strategic and operational initiatives in our brand B2B wholesale online stores (JOOP!, Strellson, windsor.)
Required experience and skills:

  • Very good university degree in business administration or comparable degree
  • Experience in e-commerce (or comparable), ideally in a business development function
  • Sound knowledge of the e-commerce landscape
  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Competence in English (oral & written)
  • Strong understanding of numbers and analytical working style
  • Strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility
