What we are offering:
An Assistant Area Manager position, based in one of our boutiques in Switzerland but flexibility to travel in Zurich, Glattzentrum, Basel, St Gallen, Luzern, Bern may be required.
On a day-to-day basis at Maje, you will oversee the commercial and operational management of your store, the management of your team, the coaching and training of the team members, the animation in store and the respect of our VM guidelines.
You will also be entrusted with the management of the Store Managers in your scope, the commercial animation, the monitoring of the P&L of the stores, and the development of the brand image.
