Your story
The ideal candidate will be an established D&I leader looking to expand their impact into the social responsibility and corporate philanthropy space.
10+ years of experience in the Diversity and Inclusion field, with a proven track record of designing and leading a successful global D,E,I and Belonging strategy for an international, high-growth brand. 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring a high-performing, geographically dispersed team. Demonstrable experience in delivering successful D&I programs across different regions, specifically the Americas, APAC, and EMEA. A sincere interest in or experience with developing social impact and corporate philanthropy programs; you understand how to translate business growth into community good. Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and build trust with executive leadership, external partners, and team members at all levels. Highly analytical and comfortable establishing, managing, and interpreting metrics and impact data to drive decision-making.
