Description du poste
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Facilitate the ordering of replacements for customers with defective products that are within warranty
• Oversee the repair of damaged products and ensure products are returned to customers
• Respond to product inquiries or questions about the brand
• Prepare and maintain records of all customer interactions
• Contribute and assist in other departments to maintain and develop standards, procedures and policies regarding customer service.
• Direct the unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated resource
• Mothertongue or Fluent knowledge of French language, and Fluent English (German is a plus).
• Strong bi/multi-lingual communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good understanding of the retail store processes and operations
• Effective time management skills
• Good time management and the ability to handle simultaneous conflicting priorities
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service on every interaction
• Good planning and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple issues
• Positive attitude
• Permanent Contract
