Description du poste
On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company leader in the TOP Luxury field, we are recruiting the following profile:
STORE MANAGER / TOP LUXURY BRAND / GENEVA
Duties and responsibilities:
Guarantee operative functioning of the store and correct management of human, merchandise and financial resources in line with the company’s policies and procedures
Assist the sales staff in offering excellent and sustainable customer service
Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
Ensure the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a clientele network for the store / Management of in-store events
Resolve all customer issues and ensure to provide outstanding customer services
KPIs and reporting
Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance
- Qualified Degree
- Proven successful Luxury Retail Management Experience (At least 10 years in a Managerial role in Geneva)
- Strong analytical and IT skills
- Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team
- French native
- Fluent in English
- Passion for luxury
- Excellent standing
