Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability according with Store Manager.
Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Supervise store staff activity covering Store Manager absences, be the manager on duty supporting management team.
Job brief :
We are looking for a results driven retail assistant manager to be responsible for the overall store management activities with store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
Able to train and develop talents, employee recruitment and retail management skills.
-Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
-Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures according with store manager.
-Follow Company's policies and procedures assuring best performances.
-Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
-Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
-Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
-Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
-Be the perfect brand ambassador taking part of all management activities growing with professionalism day by day.
English level very good (written and spoken)
Any other language will be a big plus (italian/French/Arab)
We will consider only candidates with strong store retail experience.
