Store Manager:
To provide customers with luxury customer service by meeting and exceeding their needs and expectations and to increase the brand loyalty by acting as a brand ambassador, communicating the philosophy and culture of the brand though exemplary behaviour.
Principal Responsibilities
•Achieves monthly store target
•Achieves low shrinkage percentage
•Achieves high customer capture rate and consistently increases client base
•Contributes to the overall sales results of the store

Customer Service
•Upholds company’s customer service standards
•Trains all sales associates on customer service standards
•Develops staff to ensure the client is the top priority
•Resolves all customer service issues to ensure client satisfaction

Human Resources
•Actively recruits for all positions on a consistent basis
•Responsible for overall training and development of staff
•Motivates staff on a daily basis to achieve goals
•Creates a positive and productive work environment

Profil recherché

The store manager is responsible for the overall management of the store to ensure profitability, brand recognition, team development and superior customer service. It is the store manager’s responsibility to communicate these expectations to the team. We are looking for a strong leader with good understanding of business, marketing and client data and retention.
