Description du poste

Working directly within the SAP ERP system, ensure efficient allocation of all the intercompany orders as well as managing the customer orders for our Middle East wholesale clients. Ensure that the allocation priorities are followed, the system orders are always maintained return orders for these markets are processed in the system.

Key responsibilities
• Ensure that the allocation priorities, particularly for permanent articles, is being followed based on the central allocation and wholesale customer priorities
• A close working relationship with the Central Allocation Team, based in London, is essential to ensure the allocation requirements are achieved
• Work with the Middle East Wholesale Managers to ensure that their clients requirements are met
• Ensure that you have a full working knowledge of the operational processes within the distribution chain
• Work closely with the warehouse team to give them the wholesale priorities
• Oversee the Sales Administrators, ensuring that they are fully supported in achieving their day to day tasks
• Ensure that returns from both Intercompany and Middle East wholesale customers are dealt with promptly and that credits are generated in a timely manner
• To ensure that the team maintains and develops a service to customers (both internal and external) which is highly respected and relied on for its abilities and efficiency throughout the distribution network
• To have a superior knowledge of order processing, inventory, returns and related systems
• To manage and develop a service culture in the team
