Description du poste

On behalf of our esteemed customer, International Fashion Company, we are looking for the following profile, to join their offices in Ticino:


Activities and responsibilities:

Management of inbound and outbound tracking
Collect supplier declarations and country of origin confirmations
Ensure on time delivery & communication flow across all departments
Analyze shortage and excess inventory
Work closely with sales
Responsible for products set up and maintenance of the Line Plan in the Company System
Ensure ad hoc analysis and report
Monitor performance and stock levels daily/weekly and take any necessary actions.
Review actual versus planned stock levels and attend appropriate weekly Planning, Country and Distribution meetings

Profil recherché

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and capabilities:
  • Qualified studies in Management Engineering or equivalent
  • Ideally 2/3 years of previous experiences in a similar role
  • Fluent in ENGLISH
  • Strong knowledge of Excel is required
  • Knowledge of Access and Visual Basic will be appreciate
  • Goal-oriented, stress resistant, able to work in team
