For our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company leader in the Fashion Industry, we are looking for the following profile:


Description of the Role:

-Drive profitable top line sales

-Lead the region and the execution of the brand vision

-Drive consistent execution of the Brand Experience across the allocated region by setting direction

-Coaching and developing the regional team

-Building succession plans and influencing corporate decisions

Profil recherché


- Ensure a consistent execution of the Brand experience across retail stores
- Drive productivity and profitability e.g. conversion rates, AIPC/UPT, EBIT DA etc.
- Drive compliance with company standards and excellent product knowledge across the region
- Drive execution of company initiatives
- Analyse the business and plan strategically
- Communicate clear action plans and priorities to achieve operational excellence
- Act as the primary contacts between Head Office and the region
- Work in conjunction with other Regional Managers to share best practice and build consistent ways of working
- Build an inclusive high performing team
- Coach, develop and maximize the success of all reports
- Attract, identify and retain top talent with a particular focus on succession planning
- Lead and influence change


- Qualified studies
- Previous experience at multi – site/country level
- People management skills
- Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and assess talent
- Ability & willingness to travel extensively.
- German native is mandatory. English fluent. French will be considered a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to increase sales and profitability within designated area
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Technical proficiency with MS Office applications
