At Alfred Dunhill we are currently recruiting for experienced Production Coordinator to join the team.
In this role you will have to ensure commitments are placed upon the Manufacturing bases and ensure processes are followed consistently to ensure timely deliveries in accordance to agreed time lines reporting issues which could affect timely delivery to the business.

You will have to travel on a weekly basis to London during your first months.

Your main responsabilities will be:

- Check/Release /Create Purchase Orders received into SAP system related to Menswear /Leather/Hard Product as directed by the business
- Create Purchase Orders related seasonal and continuity finished products, selling Samples/QC/Master/VIP/PR only if ordered as stock product
- Send Purchase Order to Suppliers via PDF file or EDI where applicable – to meet agreed time lines
- Print and send barcodes and/or Japan wcl to Suppliers where applicable
- Obtain Supplier Order Confirmations and delivery schedules
- Confirm Purchase Orders on SAP to reflect agreed delivery dates
- Correct PO approved cost prices on SAP where applicable
- Monitor Supplier Production in accordance to the agreed delivery plan
- Highlight delays on deliveries to Supply Chain / Merchandise
- Transfer packaging from Central warehouse or packaging supplier where applicable to Product Manufacture Base
- Obtain Stock at Supplier, declarations as directed by Finance Dept., update SAP system to reflect Alfred Dunhill SKU product which are held at Suppliers
- Raise non stock PO for the leftover material and benchmark with the leftover seasonal plan
- Create Stock at Supplier declarations on excel to reflect ADL non-paid commitments and paid non SKU items
- Supplier Invoice discrepancies as highlighted by Finance, to be resolved promptly to meet agreed payment terms. Price discrepancies investigate with Product Development Teams
- Issue Debit Notes or seek Credit Notes from Suppliers related to prices and or short deliveries
- To Support the Production Manager when/where needed
- To attend all relevant meetings as per the product category.Ensure that relevant information is fed back to the Production Manager and the department
- To maintain a flexible approach to taking ownership of different product categories and suppliers as the business dictates
- Prepare Bi-weekly Production Delivery Update for timely submission to Market and Product Merchandise

You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time.

Profil recherché

- Fluent in English and Italian
- Significant experience in Production 
- Experience in Luxury leather and/or Menswear 
- Basic Shipping Experience
- Supplier management proven experience, preferably in the luxury brand sector
- Sound knowledge of critical path management and working to meet set deadlines
- Experience working with SAP
- Intermediate / Advanced level Excel (v look ups and pivot tables)
- Intermediate / Advanced Word
- Team player
- Highly numerate
