We are looking for a Retail & E-Tailing Assistant to join our local Retail team in Nyon, Switzerland, in order to ensure an excellent presence of our brand offline as well as online. The role involves communication and coordination with several internal departments (Sales, Customer Development, Marketing, Finance and international Headquarters) as well as our clients.
Functions and Responsibilities:
•Merchandising & POS Excellence:
oEnsure an excellent planning and execution of our in-store activities at our customers’ top doors (promotions, windows, visuals, POS material, print material, GWPs, etc.)
oProvide our field sales force and key accounts with perfect shelf layouts for our brands
oDrive and monitor optimization of our brand and product pages at our customers’ webshops
oActivate relevant online tools in cooperation with our Marketing team and our customers
•Analytics & Reportings:
oConduct sell-in and sell-out analysis regarding our customers’ development, their promotional activities and our brands exposure on a monthly basis
•Training & Support:
oSupport our trainer & agency in the organization of freelancer trainings
oHelp in the preparation of internal and external sales meetings
oDaily support to the field sales force regarding retail projects
Previous internship experience in Retail, Merchandising and/or Marketing
Experience/Interest in luxury and/or fragrances industry will be highly valued
Degree in Business Administration or similar
Fluent in German and English (any other language is a plus, especially French)
Strong communication skills with proven cross-department interaction
Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks, while maintaining attention to detail and an effective time management
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
