Missions

Recruitment
Drafting job advertisements based on existing guidelines
Posting job advertisements online
Sourcing CV and phone screening candidates
Scheduling interviews and supporting on organizing recruitment days
Taking part to interviews including video calls
Sharing feedback with managers
In charge of rejection letters
Explore and propose new recruitment channels for our countries
Update our vacancy tracker
Define and propose a relevant Retail recruitment template by position

Admin

Update employee’s files
Running monthly reports on new comers and leavers for Clienteling department
Ensuring perfect setting of the HRIS with regular updates for entry, exit and other changes
Taking care of HRIS issues
Dealing with entry and exit procedures
Implementing standard and process for the follow-up of entry and exit
Payroll support

Others

Delivering monthly updated org charts
Tracking monthly birthdays and company anniversaries dates
Preparing internal announcements
Providing monthly updated list of vacancies for the internal newsletter
Launching and animating an internal social media with news and activities at the Head office

Profil recherché

Working Experience & Education Requirements
Educated to a master degree level
Previous work experience (internship) in a HR role ideally

Languages
English and French speaker is a must, German will be appreciated

Technical skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
