Key Responsibilities and Duties:

•Support the HR Administration department in maintaining and auditing personnel records on all employees
•Assist in preparing data and maintaining proper file documentation for payroll matters
•Prepare documentation for employees entry/exit
•Manage the following tools: time registration, expense management, clothing allowance
•Develop, review and edit HR correspondences
•Prepare reports and ad hoc documentation

• Newly graduated
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to recognize and maintain strict confidentiality and employee privacy
• Ability to work independently or as a team player in a fast paced environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Maintain a strong customer-service mentality
• Mother tongue in Italian and fluent in English
