Our client is a top actor in the high-end watchmaking industry. Famous for their exquisite watches and long history as a proud pillar in Swiss watchmaking; a collector’s classic. For their prestigious and flagship boutique in Geneva, they now seek to recruit a :

Deputy Store Manager – Luxury Watches – French& English – Geneva

Purpose :

As a Deputy Boutique Manager, you will be accountable for overall management of the boutique, maintaining a high standard of your sales team, representing the brand as a strong ambassador both in store and during promotional events, as well as ensuring the profitability and end results of the boutique.

Main responsibilities include :

• Lead, coach and inspire your team of international sales advisors (10-15 persons)
• Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual turnover and KPI’s
• Manage and supervise the boutique general functioning
• Take initiative for and manage commercial activities
• Function as a firm brand ambassador both for in-store customers and outside
• Develop and utilize your local network and client portfolio

Profil recherché

• Min. 2-5 years’ experience managing a store/boutique for a luxury brand
• A first experience in a jewels/watches/luxury boutique
• Fluent French and English (mandatory)
• Strong leader with ability to inspire and motivate
• Great networker and communicator
• Natural sense of luxury and excellence
• Flexible with working hours
• Outstanding presentation skills
