Our client is a leading high-end luxury goods brand and well known to provide exquisite pieces and product lines worldwide.
In order to reinforce the sales management team in their prestigious boutique in Lausanne, they are currently recruiting a :

Deputy Store Manager / High end luxury market / English and French Speaker
Permanent contract (Lausanne)


Objective of the position:

You will assist the store manager on a daily basis. As a deputy store manager you will manage the sales team, as well as represents the firm as its first ambassador. You will also ensure that the quality of service, demanded by the high-end clients, is provided with nothing less than excellence.


Your main responsibilities:
-Coordinate and supervise the sales team (between 6 / 7 persons)
-Ensure your team is well trained and educated
-Offer a unique and appropriate service to their high-end customers
-Strive to meet the targets set and increase revenue
-Function as the link between the head office and your sales team
-To be able to provide training to the sales team, in line with the firm excellence

Profil recherché

  • You are graduated with a Bachelor or Master Degree ideally
  • You have a first experience in retail as a deputy store manager or as a store manager
  • Minimum three years of experience in Retail for a luxury brand
  • Fluent in French and English. An additional language (Arabic, Mandarin, Russian etc...) would be a strong asset
  • Deep understanding of sales techniques and sales process
Excellent presentation and able to deal and treat extremely demanding clients
