We are looking for a Commercial Support Intern to join our Travel Retail Europe Commercial team in Nyon, Switzerland.
In this role, you will be providing operational (client) support in the process of managing King and Top Accounts by communicating with all the departments involved: Field Supervisors, Commercial Planning, Customer Service and Marketing.

Functions and Responsibilities:
•Following the format established by the client, prepare and submit all the necessary files for assortment, novelty introduction, pricing implementation, product information.
•Support the Key Account Managers with sell-out and sell-in analysis.
•Pricing: support Key Account Managers in the pricing process and tool.
•Investments: Compiling an investment report (common data base) in terms of staff, decoration, GWP (gift with purchase) and sampling.
•Monitor the monthly consumption of novelties (products, sets, limited edition) of the Area and identify risks and opportunities
•Client media requests: provide the accounts with audio & video, pack shots, press kits.
•Client product requests: provide the accounts with samples & pre-series
•Client’s needs: Ensure that needs are understood and fulfills with highest quality standards for total satisfaction.

Profil recherché

  • Experience: Interest in luxury and/or fragrances industry will be highly valued
  • Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Business Administration or similar
  • Languages: Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
  • Competencies:
