On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company leader in the Jewellery field, we are recruiting the following profile, to join their Boutique in Zürich:


Duties and Responsabilities

Be a Brand Ambassador
Improve Client loyalty
Management of the recruitment and training process of store team members
Responsible for planning and development
Responsible for management the Clients’ appointments
Management of CRM
Ensure cash register transactions are processed accurately
KPI analysis and report of sales
Manage stock planning and merchandise deliveries
Ensure the legal and financial integrity of the store
Ensure the proper operation of security cameras and alarms
Supervise all store procedures are respected by the team members
Supervisor of customer service, including repair and also resizing of jewelry
Provide credit or finance agreement, sales agreement, and warranty information
Oversee display of jewelry in counters
Share to the team members the best practices present in all stores

Profil recherché

  • Qualified degree
  • Strong experience as Boutique Manager in Luxury field, at least 5/10 years
  • Fluent in FRENCH and in ENGLISH
  • Any other language will be considered a plus
  • Customers oriented
  • Analitical skills: with experience in KPI, capable to provide sales analyses and reports
  • Good IT knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Excellent standing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, energetic
  • Inform customers of the quality, stone type, weight, cuts and other features of jewelry pieces
  • Able to work under pressure
