We are actually searching for a :


ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – BOUTIQUE ZÜRICH (100%)
(German / English)

Temporary position – Permanent contract possibility
Starting date: April 16th, 2018 for 7 months

Key Outline of Role

•Partner with the Store Manager on all store activities, showing in depth knowledge of the Brand DNA, the products and internal procedures
•Work closely together with the Store Manager to provide outstanding customer service experience and monitor team performance and development
•Proactively grow sales and clientele network alongside the team, assisting and developing Sales Associates in building quality relationships with customers, resulting in strong sales performance and customer loyalty
•Use creative and effective management to challenge the team to achieve key performance indicators in order to increase boutique performance and reach targets
•Consistently demonstrate and champion sales ceremony in line with company expectations, with the focus on excellent service levels and mystery shop results

Key Accountabilities

Drive the business and maximize the sales results
•Monitor daily KPI’s and sales results, delivering qualitative feedback where necessary
•Partner with the Store Manager to set targets during the morning brief and assessing them at the end of the day during the debrief
•Partner with the Store Manager to set action plan to achieve targets for each product category while reinforcing sales techniques towards the team

Customer relationship management
•Proactively create and implement initiatives which further develop the business, the clientele database of the store and repeat customers


Management and coaching of the team
•Lead a team of 3 Sales Associates
•Recruit, manage and engage staff (able to use management toolbox, to give sense, to analyze performance et give appropriate feedbacks)
•Ensure regular development for the team members
•Train Sales Associates on the collection and sales techniques of shoes and accessories


People Management and Development
•Ensure the development of motivation, sense of belonging and business involvement of the team
•Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through customer service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code and behaviour by leading by example
•Embody the sales ceremony and Retail Principles
•Confidently deliver qualitative and timely feedback to team members where necessary

Profil recherché

Profile
 
  • Minimum 5 years of luxury fashion retail management experience with a focus on working with multicultural team on a similar position
  • Strong customer relationship management and development as well as networking skills
  • Extremely customer service and results orientated with ability to achieve a strong sales record and grow business
  • Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fashion luxury and trends
  • Able to inspire the team: envision the future with confidence, creativity and freedom
  • Stands with authenticity, integrity and respect
  • Drives his/her activity and the team with agility & care, and is committed to excellence with a can do attitude 
  • As team-players, collaborates with positivity, open-mindedness and fun
  • German mother tongue with excellent English skills (other additional languages would be an advantage)
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint and of any ERP
