For its Prada store in Zurich is looking for an Assistant Store Manager
who can contribute to its growing success and strong brand identity.
Description du poste
The Assistant Store Manager is a Business Leader and is supposed to shadow the Store Manager in all the main responsibilities.
As well as the Store Manager, you represent the Brand and you are supposed to inspire and motivate the team to achieve the business goals. You assist the Store Manager in developing action plans to drive sales, guaranteeing an exceptional Customer experience, ensuring the skills of the team are developed and effectively acted and managing the store operations in consistency with the corporate guidelines.
•Supporting the Store Manager in developing business strategies to maximize sales opportunities and optimize profitability of the store, proactively suggesting opportunities to gain new customers and increase the repurchase rate;
•Actively contributing to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through an excellent service, fostering a client-centric mindset and defining with the Store Manager the targeted clienteling actions to strengthen customer loyalty;
•Be a Brand Ambassador by representing the brand within the local market (activities, relevant events, …)
•Actively contributing to the professional growth and training of the team, ensuring succession planning, motıvating and promoting the team spırıt and cultivating an entrepreneurial approach wıthın the store;
•Actively cooperating with the Retaıl Merchandısing and Vısual Merchandısing team;
•Contributing and agreeing with the Store Manager on feed-backs to be provided to relevant functions;
•Ensuring an effectıve and effıcıent staff planning and organization as well as synergies between front and back of house;
•Be responsible for the company assets’ care and protection as well as the staff-grooming standard to be ensured along with the respect of the other company strategies and procedures.
On top to fluency in German and English, due to the international nature of our business the knowledge of any other language would be a plus.
You are committed, energetic, passionated with a relevant fashion awareness. You enjoy working in a team and you have the ability to develop strong relationships both with customers and internally within the company.
